How do I return a Total Wireless phone?
If you purchased a Total Wireless phone from a retailer or wireless dealer, it is subject to that retailer’s return policy. To determine whether your purchase is eligible for a return, please contact the store. If you purchased your phone from the website, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to return the item for an exchange or a refund.
What types of plans does Total Wireless offer?
Total Wireless offers a variety of plans depending on your needs, including five 30-day Service Plans: $25 Plan, with one line of unlimited talk and text; $35 Plan, with one line of unlimited talk and text and 5GB of data; $60 Plan, with two lines of unlimited talk and text and 15GB of data shared; $85 Plan, with three lines of unlimited talk and text and 20GB of data shared; $100 Plan, with four lines of unlimited talk and text and 25GB of data shared.
What happens when I refill my Total Wireless Service Plan?
Every refill resets your phone's balance by the amount of the Service Plan. When you refill your phone, you'll receive 30 days of unlimited talk and text, and depending on the plan, 5GB, 15GB, 20GB, or 25GB of data. Unused service does not carry over.
What happens if I run out of data before the Service End Date of my Total Wireless Plan?
You can add a $10 data card to any wireless or mobile hotspot plan to get 5GB of shared* data that never expires during active service. However, you may also choose to refill your Service Plan with a credit or debit card on the website, by calling 1-866-663-3633, or by buying a Total Wireless Service Card at participating Walmart locations.
What is the Total Wireless Unlocking Policy?
Total Wireless gives you the option to activate a wireless phone you already own, as long as it has been paid for in full, has been unlocked by the previous carrier, and is compatible with Total Wireless service.
