How can I check the status of my Timex watch order?

Tracking your order status is easy. Returning customers simply sign in to their accounts and check their order status in the Orders section. New customers must create an account before shopping or at checkout to check their order status. You can also check the status of your order by entering details such as your email address, order number, and billing ZIP code in the customer support section of the website.

What is Timex’s shipping policy?

Timex uses UPS and UPS Mail Innovations to ship Timex.com orders domestically. It offers Standard, Ground, 2nd Day, and Overnight shipping options for APO/FPO/DPO orders. It does not ship MyTimex/Fan Shop orders to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How do I calculate the shipping fee for my Timex orders?

Timex offers several shipping options at various rates. Standard shipping is free, and orders arrive in 10 to 18 business days. Timex processes orders in 1-2 business days. Free UPS Ground shipping is available from $4.95 and typically arrives in 2 to 5 business days. Customized and/or Fan Shop watch orders (NFL, MLB, NHL, and Collegiate) ship for $7.95, and delivery can take 7 to 10 business days. UPS 2nd Day shipping is available for $12.95 and UPS Next Day Air shipping for $24.95.

What is Timex’s return policy?

Timex will accept returns for timex.com purchases only. Items bought from local stores or other websites must be returned to the original point of purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your timex.com purchase, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to return the item. Timex will credit the original purchase price, less shipping, to the card used to make the purchase. Timex does not do exchanges.

How do I send in my Timex watch for repair?

Timex watches have a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase. Proof of purchase is required for all In Warranty repairs. See the Warranty & Repair section under Customer Service to find out how to send your watch in. On the right-hand side of the page, click the Watch Repair Shop button and fill out the Repair Form. Please note that Timex does not ship to PO boxes; a physical shipping address must be provided on the form.
