For online purchases, Tillys accepts returns of full-price items with the original receipt and tags for up to 60 days after the purchase date. You can return sale merchandise for Tillys Store Credit. Items like undergarments, face masks, sunglasses, watches, and cosmetics are not returnable. Tillys issues refunds in the original payment method or as store credit.
What are Tillys’ in-store and curbside pickup policies?
Tillys offers in-store and curbside pickup facilities. You can place an order online and pick it up from any store. All open stores offer in-store pickup, while selected stores offer curbside pickup. You can use the store locator to find out which stores offer curbside pickup. Orders are usually ready within two hours after they’re placed. Once the order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions.
What are the Tillys’ shipping rates and methods?
Tillys’ shipping rates and methods vary according to the value of the order. They deliver orders in 1-3 business days or in 10-15 business days, depending on the selected shipping method and delivery location.
