If you return an item you’ve received as a gift, the refund will automatically go to the sender. Please note that you cannot replace or exchange products that were bought online. No. Swarovski does not repair, replace, or substitute any goods that are subjected to accident, normal wear and tear, abuse, modification, attempted repair, negligence, or misuse.
How long is Swarovski’s warranty?
