What is Shoe Station’s return policy?
If you are not pleased with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange as long as the item is in its original condition (unworn, original packaging intact). Send exchanges to the address on your receipt with a note describing the replacement item you want. First, check the website to confirm the availability of the item you would like. You can send your return/exchange through any shipping service.
If your original shoe purchase shipped free, your first exchange will ship free via ground, as well. All other orders may be charged return shipping at posted FedEx rates. You may also exchange items at stores. Please note that refunds will be sent to the same method of payment you used to place the original order after checking whether you used shoe station promo code or not.
How does store pick up work?
At checkout, choose Store Pickup and select your store. Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" email. This is separate from your order confirmation email. Bring your ID and order number to the store to pick up your items. If you haven’t picked them up after 2 days, the order will be canceled and a refund sent to your original mode of payment.
How long will it take to receive my order from Shoe Station?
Expedited orders placed before 7 a.m. Central Time on a business day ship out the same business day. Orders placed after 7 a.m. Central time will most likely ship out the next business day. The expedited shipping speed is determined by FedEx and cannot be guaranteed.
Can I pay with my credit card on shoestation.com?
Shoe Station does not currently accept credit or debit cards as a form of payment, as it is in the process of resolving a technical issue; however, you can use other forms of payment, like PayPal and Amazon. If you do not have an account with PayPal or Amazon, you can use your credit or debit card to create an account with one of these payment providers.
How can I become a preferred customer at Shoe Station?
In order to become a preferred customer, you must complete the registration form. This information is used to reward loyal customers for their business. Preferred customers can take advantage of special offers and shoe station discount codes and get notices about new promotions, fashion trends, etc.
