Shoebacca.com does not offer exchanges. If you’re able to find an alternative product on the website, please place a new order and follow the return instructions for the previous one. You can also use a Showbacca promo code or Showbacca coupons to maximize savings.
How long does Shoebacca take to initiate refunds?
Typically, Shoebacca processes refunds 2-3 business days after it receives a return order. You will receive an email to confirm that your refund has been initiated.
Does Shoebacca ship outside of the United States?
Shoebacca does not ship to international destinations.
Does Shoebacca ship to APO/FPO addresses or PO boxes?
Unfortunately, Shoebacca does not ship to military APO/FPO addresses or PO boxes at present.
How do I change or cancel my Shoebacca order?
Contact customer service ASAP to change or cancel your order. Shoebacca can’t adjust orders that have already shipped. If you’ve already received the order, please initiate a return request by logging into your Shoebacca.com account.
