What is the shipping policy at Palmetto State Armory?
All products in your order must be eligible for free shipping to avoid shipping fees. Palmetto State Armory does not deliver the following items to P.O. boxes: ammunition, batteries, black powder or gunpowder, pesticides, aerosol cans, oil, and weapons. If you order a weapon, Palmetto State Armory will ship it to a federal firearms licensing facility. Most products ship in five days of your order, but the shipping can take up to 15 days.
What is the return policy of Palmetto State Armory?
You can return eligible items purchased online or at a retail store within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.
If you've made a purchase online, you will need to contact customer service for a return merchandise authorization number. This will be added to a return merchandise form and packed with your return. All returned products must be in new condition and include the original packaging to qualify for a full refund. If you don't use the original packaging, there may be a restocking fee of up to 25%. You cannot return firearms or ammunition. Clothing items bought online are ineligible for return.
