How can I track my order from New Era Cap?
You will be notified by email when your order ships. This email will include the shipping carrier and tracking number. If you're not sure whether your order has shipped, you can check the status of your recent orders in My Account. Can I cancel my order with New Era Cap?
You can cancel an order if it has not entered the shipping process. Often, there isn’t time to cancel an order because the company starts processing orders of In Stock items within one business day of purchase. If your order has been processed and it's too late to cancel, you will need to place a return for the order after you receive it.
To request an order cancellation, click on the Help button in the bottom right corner of the page or visit the Order History section of My Account.
What is New Era Cap’s return policy?
New Era stands behind the quality of its products. If you are unhappy with a product for any reason, return it within 30 days and the company will issue a refund to the original method of payment. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition to be eligible for a refund. Returns after 30 days will not be accepted. The return policy does not apply to all items. Exceptions may include Clearance Items, Personalized Items, Special Order Products, Memorabilia, Trading Cards, Autographed Collectibles, Intimate Apparel, and any product marked final sale on the website.
How do I redeem a New Era promo code?
To redeem a promotion code, simply enter the new era discount code on the Shopping Cart page at the beginning of the checkout process, then click the Apply Code button. If valid, your discount will be applied and the adjusted total shown in your cart.
Which payment options does New Era Cap accept?
New Era Cap accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, and electronic gift cards. All orders must be prepaid.
Credit cards are authorized at the time the order is placed, but not charged until the order ships. Debit and bank check card accounts may reflect the deduction of funds as soon as you place the order.
