Can I cancel my Kukoon rugs order?
If you’d like to cancel your order, please contact the team immediately at 800-999-2224 or firstname.lastname@example.org. If your order has not shipped, they will help you cancel it. However, if your order has already been dispatched, you cannot cancel it.
What is Kukoon’s return policy?
Kukoon offers a 30-day money back guarantee on online purchases. Return charges are based on the width of the rug: up to 120cm and over 120cm. You will need a return label. Pickup is available, or you can organize your own return. Please see the Kukoon website for full details or contact its customer service team.
I received a damaged run from Kukoon. What do I do?
If your order is damaged in any way, please follow the procedure for returns or contact Kukoon for assistance.
Does Kukoon offer price matches?
Yes! If you find a product you bought from Kukoon for a cheaper price on another retailer’s website, contact the Kukoon team within 7 days of your purchase to get a refund for the difference.
