What is JBL’s cancellation policy?
JBL will not honor a cancellation request if the order has already been sent to the vendor/merchant and they have initiated the shipping process. Same Day Delivery orders cannot be canceled.
What is JBL’s refund policy?
If delivery takes longer than promised (reasons like natural disasters, delays due to logistics partners, unavailability of the customer, and others are covered under exceptions; no refund will be given under such circumstances), the customer can cancel the order and receive a refund for the full amount within 14 working days.
A customer can ask for a refund if the product received does not match the specifications given on the website or if product replacement takes more than 14 working days. Please note that, depending on the situation, bank and delivery charges may be deducted from the refund amount.
What is JBL’s replacement policy?
JBL will replace a product if the customer establishes that it is defective or physically damaged and the merchant confirms it. Defects and damage should be reported within 24 hours of receipt of the products. If you feel that the product you received is not the same as the one shown or described on the website, you must contact customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product.
If a product defect shows up within 10 days of the invoice date, the product may be replaced, depending on the nature of the problem. If the defect is minor, the product will be sent for repair. Any product defect reported more than 10 days after the invoice date will not be eligible for a replacement.
What is JBL’s shipping policy?
Your order will be shipped free of charge via a standard surface courier. It typically takes 1-2 business days to process your order after your payment is received. Once your order ships, you’ll be sent an email confirmation that includes a tracking number(s), if provided by the shipper. Deliveries usually arrive 5-7 days after dispatch. If the shipper provides Track & Trace service, this information will be e-mailed to you. If you’re not home, they will attempt to deliver once more at an agreed-upon time.
