What is the Jaxxon return policy?
If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can get a full refund, an exchange or Jaxxon store credit for items returned within 7 days of delivery. Every returned item must be accompanied by its original packaging and must be unaltered, unworn, and in a resalable condition. Items received after 7 days will not be eligible for return or exchange. There are NO returns or exchanges on Solid Gold or Custom products since these pieces are made to order. Sale items are also not eligible for returns/refunds.
How long does shipping usually take with Jaxxon?
After your payment is verified, it may take Jaxxon up to 72 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am Pacific Time on a Friday will likely be shipped out early the following week. After your order is confirmed, please allow 5-7 business days for shipping.
Does Jaxxon offer Expedited Shipping?
All domestic shipments include FREE express shipping. For an additional fee, Jaxxon offers UPS Air (3-4 business days) and UPS Next Day (1-2 business days). If you desperately need your order expedited, they may offer additional shipping methods.
Does Jaxxon offer Jaxxon promo code codes?
Jaxxon does offer discounts on rare occasions. Be sure to sign up for its newsletter to be the first to learn about any discounts or promotions. You can only apply one jaxxon discount code to each order, with no exceptions. All promo/discount codes are invalid during a site-wide sale. Jaxxon promo code cannot be applied to an order after it is placed.
What does Jaxxon’s Lifetime Warranty cover?
Jaxxon offers a Lifetime Warranty. The warranty entitles you to a free one-time repair or replacement of an item that has any defects in craftsmanship or breaks due to manufacturer defects. The warranty is void in cases of user damage. The warranty does not cover lost/stolen items.
