You will receive a confirmation email shortly after you place an order. Log in to your account on the website to view any of your current or previous orders.You will be able to track your order through the shipping carrier’s websites. When your order ships, you will receive an email from either FedEx or USPS with your package's tracking number.
Hat Club will accept a return when a product is either defective or in its original condition, with the tags still attached. Refunds are only issued if an item is returned within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are accepted up to 60 days from the day the package was delivered. If the requested item is unavailable, an exchange will be treated as a return and the price of the item will be refunded. Shipping and handling fees, including the cost to ship items back to Hat Club, are non-refundable. Each return will incur a $7.99 shipping fee.
Most orders placed Monday through Friday before 10 a.m. PST ship within 72 hours. Please allow 2-10 business days for delivery, depending on the shipping method you selected. On the day your order arrives, you will receive an email with your tracking number.If you ordered multiple items, your order could arrive in multiple packages, each with its own tracking number. You will receive a separate shipping email for each package. You will not be charged any additional shipping fees.
