What is the return policy at Fabric.com?
Purchases shipped to the United States carry a 30-day money-back guarantee on all items of cheap fabric except clearance, swatches, and special orders. Contact customer service by phone or email to receive a return label and initiate the refund process.
Purchases shipped internationally are eligible for a refund, but customers are responsible for return postage. Please contact customer service with your order and tracking numbers to initiate the refund process.
Items must be returned in the same condition as when they were purchased. If an item has been cut, washed, or altered, it is not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit. If received on a roll, please send it back on the same roll to avoid damage.
Refunds are processed to your original form of payment within five to seven business days of the returned item(s) arriving back at their facility.
What are the shipping methods offered at Fabric.com?
Domestic shipping rates are based on the total dollar amount of the order, minus tax or coupons. For standard shipping in the continental United States, orders $49 or over are always shipped free and orders under $49 are a flat fee of $4.99. Choose expedited shipping to receive your items sooner. Expedited shipping is only available to customers who ship in the continental United States. International shipping rates are based on the estimated weight of the package. You will always be able to review shipping charges before finalizing your order. International shipping rates do not include import fees, customs, or duty charges.
Can I make changes to my order with Fabric.com once it has been placed?
If your credit card has been authorized but not charged, please contact customer service to discuss order changes. If you prepaid for your order with PayPal or Amazon Pay, the order cannot be changed. If needed, you can contact customer service to facilitate a return/refund.
