Does EverlyWell offer any subscriptions?
Yes. EverlyWell provides monthly, quarterly, and biannual subscription plans to make routine testing convenient for you. You get the option to sign up for a subscription on the product page. Click the button and choose the frequency to sign up for a subscription.
What is Control Membership at EverlyWell?
Control is a new membership plan that’s designed for proactive testing. Members get access to one qualifying lab test per month and a discount of 20% on additional EverlyWell purchases. You can cancel anytime without paying a cancellation fee. Create an account and become a member to take control of your health.
Why is my EverlyWell coupon code not working?
If you’re unable to use your Everlywell coupons or promo code, make sure you have entered the code correctly. Also, check the URL, as you can only use the codes at EverlyWell.com. Promo codes and EverlyWell discount codes might not be applicable to subscriptions, COVID-19 tests, memberships, etc. Be sure to check the offer details before using the code. If you still have trouble, contact their customer care team.
Can my EverlyWell kit expire?
Yes. If you have not registered your kit within 3 months, it will expire. Test kits must be registered and returned to the lab within 5 months of purchase.
What is EverlyWell’s return/refund policy?
You can ask to return or cancel your kit if it has not shipped or within 30 days of placing the order. To do so, email the customer care team. Make sure you have proof of purchase.
