Does Everlane have a referral program?

Yes. If you refer a friend or family member, you get a $25 store credit once they place their first order. Make sure they create an account at Everlane using the unique referral link you give them.

What is Everlane’s return/exchange policy?

If you’re not happy with your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of the shipping date. The products should be unwashed and unused, packed in their original packaging, and include all tags. Exchanges are available only for U.S.-based customers within 60 days of the shipping date.

I want to cancel my order at Everlane. How do I do it?

To cancel your purchase, head to the Orders & Returns section. Click on the Request Cancellation button and submit it. Note that any cancellations you make within 1 hour of placing an order are guaranteed.

Does Everlane offer price adjustments?

Yes. If full-price items are moved to discounted collections within 3 days of your purchase, Everlane will credit the difference in price.
