Well, that seems weird. My experience - I've been a mochahost VPS client for 2 years already, absolutely no problems. Whenever I needed support I got it in a timely manner either by email or livechat.

In many examples, Mochahost.com will falsely claim the client had high CPU use or falsely claim the client had an over usage of emails to force the client to pay more for an unnecessary upgrade by suspending the client's account without any prior notice nor proof. Don't be tricked into their low prices and offers because they will eventually suspend your account to force you to pay more. Do not believe the Mochahost coupon codes or coupons or Mochahost discount scheme as it's a way to trick people into buying cheap but to later to be forced into paying more for unnecessary upgrades. Advice: Best to stay away from Mochahost.com. There's too many complaints about their bad business practices and about Mochahost scams.
