Interestingly, after I emptied my cart I saw the following message: The special offer code that you are using is only for $50 or up items, we can however give you $5 off. I put a $44.99 arrangement in my cart and went through the checkout process with the code and did see the $5 discount applied.

Tested on 1/20/11 and got $10 taken off a $52.99 order
