I am already a customer, also. Today (10/11/09) they told me this was expired, but they would give me $10 off. I asked to try another coupon code, they told me it was expired, but they would credit me $16.50, - 10% of order total, but next time coupon needs to be valid. Pays to ask!

I am already a customer. I used TPS10 today (Sept. 7, 2009) and received 10% off my total purchase. I ordered just over $99 to receive free shipping. With the 10% discount my order was under $99. It worked for me. Good luck!
