The name HearthSong was chosen to reflect core family values. The Hearth is a traditional symbol for the center of the home. In addition, the Song is a symbol of family spirit and a special playfulness that parents and children enjoy together. With these values in mind, we choose and design the best in kid-powered, screen-free toys and games which promote active and creative play for the entire family. HearthSong celebrates family and the experience of childhood through our HugglePods and exclusive play spaces, STEM and STEAM playsets, and outdoor toys.

Can I use two Hearthsong promo codes for my order?

No. You can only use one Hearthsong coupon code or promo code per order.

What is your shipping policy?

Most in-stock items are shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving your order. Most items are covered by our standard shipping and handling charges, which are based on the total price of merchandise shipped to each delivery address within the contiguous United States. Some heavy or oversized items may incur additional shipping charges, which will be noted on the Product page. It takes 5-7 business days for standard ground service.

What is your return policy?

Please use our Easy Online Returns form below to print a return shipping label and return your item by mail. To get started, you'll need your order number and billing ZIP code. We will deduct $6.95 from your refund or credit for items returned that were not returned due to damage, defect, or error on our part. Returns are typically processed within 48 hours after receipt of the returned merchandise. Please keep in mind that personalized items, food, and live plants cannot be returned.
